I'm just a simple person with great dreams and aspirations. My goal in life is to succeed by providing help to those in need. I am a person who treats clients or customers with so much respect and the best of help. Working in the BPO industry helps me understand how satisfying it can be when you are able to help and how beautiful life can be if you give value to your job especially to your customers. I used to become one of the customer representatives that were awarded of giving 100% customer satisfaction. There is no such secret ingredient, as long as you know what you are doing and always think that your main goal is to help. I am grateful always that my customers were able to remember my help and that I'm happy to carry the goal to the company to provide excellent service that will strengthen the business. I also love working in a team, I used to have awesome teammates and we work hand in hand every day. Right now, I'm venturing the path of working from home in which will give me more time for my family and will give me more opportunities for growth.
