I worked for 3 years and 9 months as a call center agent and I handled account more on sales and I am confidently say that I am experienced, knowledgeable and trained with the list of skills:
· Expert in upselling skills, (by providing the product description, the benefits that the customer could get when availing the product, such as promotional discounts.)
· I deliver fast service by processing fast orders within 2-5 minutes without sacrificing good customer service.
· I am attentive to details and wear jolly demeanor all through working hours. Most of the time I received commendations from my supervisor by hitting the highest rate in processing the orders in a timely manner.
Before I landed my job in call center I worked as a documentation officer in a shipping company. Most of the time I do the administrative duties such as:
· Handle administrative queries and request from my managers.
· Organizing and scheduling appointments with a strong ability to multi-task.
· Answer incoming calls.
· Write and distribute email, letters, faxes and forms.
· Develop and maintain a filling system.
· Update and maintain office policies and management system procedure.
· Maintain contact list.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize works.
Above all the trainings and experienced that I had working in a company now, I continue enhancing my skills as a freelance travel agent by handling bookings both domestic and international travels,(for ticketing, hotel reservations and tour packages)..And an expert in Facebook ads /Facebook marketing (collecting audience insights, creating a campaign, creating multiple accounts, knowledgeable in creating ad titles and images that attracts potential audience that will lead to a successful outcome
Other skills that I have are Data Entry Specialist - MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel and a basic knowledge in Video Editing.
