Tasks:
Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, requests and queries liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests and issues in a timely manner.
Respond to customers’ emails advising of necessary amendments required if there are and sending updates regarding requests that are in progress.
Doing data entry as needed to input information in a particular system to process request.
Doing outbound calls to make sure that requests will be done within a given period of time.
