I would really love to be a part of your company by becoming your customer service assistant. I can manage emails from zeroing the inbox, applying filter or labels, to responding to every email that needs to be responded. I can answer phone calls and also do outbound calls.

I have been working in a BPO for 4 years now and there I do various tasks depending on the project, two major jobs I do though, are call and email handling. Through these jobs, I have learned to become efficient, to multitask and to be productive as my skills are being honed day after day.
