I’ve worked with all kinds of properties and even more kinds of people — from chill tenants who treat the place like a museum to DIY experts who think duct tape solves everything. I handle bookings, documents, inspections, and the occasional emotional support for landlords wondering if their tenants will ever take the trash out.
