· Floship specializes in end-to-end global logistics and fulfillment solutions for emerging E-commerce companies and large-scale crowdfunding campaigns, trusted by over 1000+ global brands.
· Reply to customer inquiries via the ticketing system.
· Process inquiry via the correct channel which could be the proprietary operating system or other web applications we use.
· Sync regularly with the supervisors and teams (multiple quick daily syncs).
· provide regular feedback on streamlining and automation suggestions which assist to develop the core software product.
· Track and trace – respond to the client’s inquiries in regards to the tracking of their inbound and outbound shipments (eg: status/on hold/customs).
· Modifying and canceling orders of clients.
· Sending emails to the warehouse (and other third parties) regards to the status of orders.
· Assisting clients with their portal problems (eg: tech/modify when pending approval or fulfillment).
