I had the opportunity to work in the BPO industry for 3 years as a Reservation Sales Agent of one of the prestigious Hotel companies in the US; doing customer retention and upselling our products as well as resolving the issues of unsatisfied or irate clients. However, I decided to go back to school for a refresher course, then after that I had the chance to work with the Municipal Government in my hometown for about 4 years as an Administrative Assistant where I did online research, some paralegal tasks, drafting letters or communications to various offices or government agencies, do email tasks, and use MS Office applications.

I have basic knowledge in google spreadsheets,Excel as well as Quickbooks, Social Media, internet research.

I am very quick to learn new things and eager to learn new skills to achieve the goals of the company's business. I am a diligent worker and easy to get along with.
