I'm a fresh graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I'm interested in the position of Customer Service/Support Role. I already have 2 years experience being an Admin Assistant/Account Receivable Assistant. And I have skills specializing in email handling, Prepare statements, bills and invoices; process payments using SAP, encoding, responding to customer inquiries regarding account status; and reconcile expenses to general ledger, and updates Collection Receipts in the system. I also worked as a part-timer in a Diet Company where my job is to answer email and accommodate our clients on how to use the company's Diet Apps where the tools we use are Slack, Asana, Dot (Company Sytem). I have established good working relationships with customer's / clients in my previous job. I am a well-organized person and have strong personal communication skills. I am a self-motivated person, have keen attention to details, and am capable of maintaining a high level of energy.
