Started my career as Technical support agent with Western digital in 2009, after 4 years moved over to a sales office as Team lead / Sales agent.
Continued as Operations manager for a sales project (Outbound/ Cold calling) in 2014. In 2016 continued my career as a commercial consultant for PAE Group, Mexico. In 2016 served as Training Manager for the Chinese Giant Huawei Technologies (Dominican Republic branch). Ultimately in 2018 Started as Customer Experience Manager for My Real Page as a remote contractor.
