Working in this industry isn't new to me as I was in the BPO industry for seven years. I worked in US and UK-based Companies such as Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Directv/ATT, eBay North America, and eBay UK.
I was trained as a Customer Service Specialist which equipped me with skills in customer service, billing, tech, order tracking/order queries, claims, and benefits specialist, and a lot more.
I keep in mind that we, as Customer Service Representative, have the responsibility of being kind and patient to our customers. Engagement and rapport is the most important part of the conversation and giving a good impression at the beginning of the conversation would help in the customer's overall satisfaction.
