I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 3 years and very well trained in assisting and communicating with customers over the phone, via chat, and also email. I was also a sales representative for 2 years and 6 months for the Time Warner Cable account selling TV, Internet, and Phone bundles catering in the US. This account also values customer satisfaction and with that, I was also recognized as top 2 Agent with the highest number of valid sales and CSAT (customer satisfaction) rate of 98%.

Next is with Migratory Maps as an Email assistant for their email outreach program which is a contract-based project wherein I collect 250 email addresses, place them in a Google Spreadsheet and send out 250 emails every day.
I also work in a Consultancy firm in Hong Kong as a Virtual Assistant wherein I create basic graphic design, do research and article writing, and also do Data Entry on documents needed to be submitted in courts.
