I'm a technical writer with over two years of experience creating user-focused documentation such as user manuals, SOPs, help articles, and internal guides. Alongside my writing work, I also manually test software and websites to help improve usability and catch issues early. This mix of writing and testing has allowed me to support both content and quality efforts on different projects.
My background gives me a strong eye for detail, especially when it comes to spotting inconsistencies or things that don’t quite line up in a system. I approach testing the same way I approach writing: by thinking through the steps a user would take, identifying what might cause confusion or errors, and making sure everything works as expected.
Right now, my experience is focused on manual testing, but I’m open to learning automation and working with more advanced tools. I’m always looking for ways to improve my process and expand my skill set. I believe having a solid foundation in how users think and how systems behave helps me bring value, even as I grow into more technical areas.
My writing skills also play a big role in testing. I’m used to creating content that’s easy to follow, even when the topic is complex. That same clarity helps when writing bug reports, test notes, or feedback. I aim to make information accessible and useful, whether it’s for the end user or for the development team.
I’m currently looking for opportunities that focus on user testing or QA. I’m also open to roles that combine both testing and documentation work. If you need someone detail-oriented, communicative, and ready to learn, I’d be happy to connect.
