I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone and email, and I am eager to learn to use different to tools to help me do my job well. My last job was with Synchrony Financial where I worked as Customer Service Representative assisting valued Sams Club members and Walmart customers about their credit card accounts. I was also upskilled to Lowes and Toys R Us portfolios which made my job more exciting. Before that, I worked with JP Morgan Chase as Fraud Analyst for 5years where I developed my critical thinking, customer service and fraud analysis skills even more, and as much as I wanted to stay working with the company as Check Fraud analyst, I had to leave when I got married to work and live near my husbands house, which is why I'm so excited about this opportunity to work from home as customer service representative of your company where I can use my extensive job experiences, expertise, abilities and skills.
