I have been working from home full-time since 2005 and it has been a positive experience since. My previous job was with Bidvine Ltd., a crowdsourcing company in the UK. I started out as a User Success Agent handling chats and emails, onboarding of professionals, reviewing customer requests, flagging inappropriate requests and profiles, processing refunds, etc. Being able to complete my tasks in a timely manner, acquiring the necessary skills, being able to work with a team, and the ability to work efficiently on my own has led the company to entrust me with more responsibilities taking over the Project Coordinator position. The purpose of the project was to help boost professional profiles. The team worked on their logos, description, bid messages, and customer reviews. I was in charge of collaborating with different teams to provide these pros a good profile with the goal of them getting hired on the platform.
