I am a customer service expert. I have 11 years of experience in Customer Service in the Hospitality Industry and administrative work. A dedicated team player with strong analytical skills and can handle pressure situations to resolve issues and deliver fast results.

I also worked as a client success manager for 2-years with a

start-up company. I was in charge of building close long-term client

relationships with our partners. I assisted our partners in the onboarding process to scale their business by implementing standard procedures to increase guest experience and revenue and training the hotel personnel to use the operating system.
