All the transactions that are processed are recorded in an excel file. I was also assigned to monitor the transactions of an automated system by checking the exported history of the bank in excel used by the automated system and double checking the snapshot/screenshot of the system if the payment process is successful or not. Because there were times the automated system releases some transactions that cannot paid by the banks that are used by the system and we, as a payout associates try to process the payment of the released transaction by the system.
