I have one year experience of being a data encoder where I validate and input the information of an insured person from a scanned health insurance form to a system that was made by the company. Then I have two years of experience being a payout associate where I experienced to process payments online for Chinese clients who are playing online casino games by using Chinese banks and always ensure that the account details are correct to avoid money loss. All the transactions that are processed are recorded in Microsoft Excel. I was also assigned to monitor the transactions of an automated system by checking the exported history of the bank in excel used by the automated system and double checked the snapshot/screenshot of the system if the payment process is successful or not. Because there were times the automated system releases some transactions that cannot paid by the banks that are used by the system and we, as a payout associates try to process the payment of the released transaction by the system. As for the monitoring of the system, also the transactions are recorded in an excel file and every day I made reports for the automated system at the end of our shift in work
