Mariefel Alferez

I'm Mariefel Alferez, a dedicated professional with over four years of experience in the BPO industry, specializing in technical support, sales, appointment setting, and customer service. I've worked with well-known companies such as IBEX Davao, VXI Davao, Six Eleven, Flatworld Solutions, and ZBS, where I honed my skills in resolving software issues, driving outbound sales, achieving targets, processing AUTAX tax approvals, and providing top-tier chat/email support for Indeed accounts. My expertise extends to tools like Calendly, Einstein, Salesforce, MS Office/Excel, Zendesk, Canva, and Google Sheets, which allow me to excel in my role.

Beyond my professional background, I'm passionate about creativity and design. I'm currently working on launching my own store on RaketPH, where I plan to sell unique book and T-shirt designs. This venture allows me to merge my love for artistry with business, giving me the freedom to explore new creative outlets.

I studied Hotel and Restaurant Management at Davao Central College and also pursued Humanities and Social Science at Brokenshire College of Toril. My academic background has provided me with strong skills in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving qualities that have greatly contributed to my career.

Outside of work, I love spending time indulging in my favorite hobbies. I enjoy reading books, watching movies, and playing volleyball. I also have a deep appreciation for photography, especially capturing beautiful flowers. My love for anime, particularly Spy x Family and Sakamoto Days, reflects my interest in action-packed stories with strong, determined characters. Yor Forger, in particular, is my favorite anime character because of her unwavering dedication to protecting her family while balancing her secret life as an assassin.

In my free time, I also play Mobile Legends, where I can unwind and challenge myself in competitive gameplay. Additionally, I enjoy visiting the local farmers market on weekends, where I shop for fresh produce, handmade crafts, and delicious food.

I believe in balancing work and personal life, which is why I love planning memorable experiences. For my upcoming birthday, Ive organized a beach trip with close friends and family. Well be staying in a beach house, enjoying activities like snorkeling, beach volleyball, island-hopping, and a cozy bonfire night with marshmallows and storytelling.

Whether it's in my professional career or personal passions, I always strive for growth, creativity, and meaningful connections. I'm excited for what the future holds and am always open to new opportunities that allow me to learn and explore new possibilities.
