I am a 33-year-old mother of 3 beautiful children who took up a Bachelor of Science in Nursing for two years. I grew up in a broken family where I learned to be more independent with myself, be optimistic, and resilient with whatever I do.

Furthermore, I stopped studying and started working at a BPO company. I was lucky enough to get awarded at my previous employer who has been consistent with helping customers get their issues resolved during their first contact. With the experiences I have with this industry I was able to gain new skills like setting appointments, booking hotels and flights, billings, and fixing devices by doing some basic troubleshooting steps. The best skill I have acquired is being able to manage my time with the additional tasks I have been given after getting promoted during my 6th-month tenure.

I believe that the skills I have acquired from my previous and current work will help me work at a different company. Not only that, but I look forward to putting my knowledge and skills to use as a productive member and learning new things from the best in the industry.
