Hi there! My name is Alie. I started my BPO career way back 2017. My first account was with Macy's as a customer service representative and was cross trained for credit granting. i stayed there for a year receiving calls from our customers about inquiries on their accounts such as credit scores and limits, billings and everything on their account too. Next to that, I was part of the pioneering team as a chat support representative for amazon. And later on was transferred to CSR and helped callers check and track on the status of their package and also assisted them with lost packages . After that I became a Telemarketer and Appointment setter. My first Experience as an appointment setter is with Amazon for the Amazon Key for Business project where I call apartments, gated communities and Condos to talk to the Property Manager to check if they are qualified for AKB installation. And with a real estate company where I call in certain areas to ask if they are willing to sell the property, If so I get all the information that I need and send to my boss. Also, I work as a compliance agent for the Student Loan account wherein I was a top performer for the best collector for collections for consecutive months and later on became a Sales Rep to help clients get enrolled on the best program they are qualified for. I used Vici dial , TCN ,Ring central , 3cx , Bria and Call tools as my dialer and Podio and Data core as my CRM. I am very hard working , trainable and can work under pressure .
