I have 10 years BPO experience of which 5 years as a Team Leader. My main task is to coach agents' behavior and performance. Other tasks are:

> reading and replying of emails

> submission of performance report on a weekly and monthly basis

> attend meeting and do brainstorming activities

Currently, I am taking up classes for Licensure Examination for Teachers.
