I have been part of the BPO industry for the past 14 years and have recently decided to be home-based. I am self-motivated and needs minimal supervision. I pay great attention to detail and is an effective problem solver who can work under pressure without the compromise of the end result. I have learned the ability to adopt and work in a constant changing environment to fit service level.
I have extensive experience in handling outbound and inbound sales calls, lead generation, appointment setting and office related tasks. I can work with computers, use programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint), types at 48 WPM and have strong organizational skills.
My experience with the management have greatly enhanced my ability to manage and work with different sorts of people in the workplace. I have effectively been part of the operations, quality and human resource which have greatly contributed to my knowledge to meet required service level. I have also engaged to client relation tasks and have been an effective in helping a start up company grow it's full potential.
I will be happy to work in a company who can provide me not only the financial aspect of employment but as well as growth in the field.
