I have a solid background in sales working in the BPO industry for almost 10 years. Mainly dealt with customers in the US, Canada, and Australia. The tasks I have handled are evolving around selling products and services in both B2B and B2C setup. I have gained experience doing lead mining information using the basic resources but have knowledge in CRM. I am recently working in a freight forwarding industry started as an appointment seter representing Forwarders and brokers all over Australia targeting medium to large scale businesses such as Toyota, Izusu, Kellogs to name a few.

My expertise may be in sales and appointment setting but I also have experience doing SOP development and customer service, taking phone calls to either assist a customer or to effectively convey a message and relay information about a product or a service through excellent communication skills.
