Previously working as a Team Lead Support in one of the IT Services Company in the Philippines in Partnership with Oracle NetSuite that offers accounting solution to companies, ranging from Distribution to Pharmaceuticals, Construction, Hotels, Hardware and Motor Parts, Golf Clubs among others.

My primary task is to handle and manage the ticketing use in attending to customers issues and concerns encountered using the system we have implemented, as as a Team Lead, is it one of my duty to provide trainings and overview of the project forwarded to us from the implementing team and safe keeping and maintaining user manuals and guides for future reference. Conducting a training to the joinee of the company is also one of my task and making sure that my whole team have the common knowledge of the all the projects we handled and managed. Constantly supports the implementing team in the setting up and implementation of new projects won by Sales groups and providing post go-live support for the new clients. Takes an extra mile in conducting training for both users and admin.

I was able to hone my skills as the training really teaches me how to do it right the first time. The skills I have developed includes; Branding for companies, products or services, Website Development and Design, Product Photography, Content Writing (a dream for me to have this skill), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Email Follow Through, Data Privacy & Cybercrime Law and Digital Marketing Ethics, Social Media Content Planning and Calendar, Search Engine Optimization (this really make sense to me, before, I wonder how Google ranks the pages I search for – now I know better. I am having fun in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to land first-page ranked first), E-mail Marketing (this is already an update to me since I have tried this before and I just can’t figure out – now I can apply it already), Social Media Content Planning and Calendar, Business Blogging and Social Media Content Creation – I can say it’s difficult for me, I sometime ran out of ideas but it’s part of the task, thus, I am really pushing myself to make and produce one, and lastly, I am able to build a freelancer’s profile.
