I started being a Cashier in a supermarket for 5 months then I got hired by the Landmark as Sales Clerk for almost 6 months. When I decided to work in BPO, I used to be a CSR for 1 year, our account is VMBC and we support Safelink for providing free phones and airtime minutes for unfortunate american people. Then I decided to Sales/Retention as Chat Support, our account is Comcast the provides cable, internet, phone and home security in some part of the United States as well. There, I help people decide for the package they could have that suits their budget and help them with their inquiries and some billing concerns to. I find it really challenging when it comes with dealing with frustrated customers but I love to help them and at least make them feel that are valued.
