I used to work as a customer service representative for 8 years. During the 1st 3 years of my job, I usee to handle calls and was part of the executive resolutions department. I tansferred to a different company and that time, my job was to send e-mails. I was a frontline agent of a US based publishing company. My job includes processing bulk orders, payment tracking, contacting warehouses to process replacement copies etc.
