I also worked as a customer service assistant, and I was responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries and concerns, which taught me the importance of effective communication and problem-solving.

Then as a billing and collection specialist, I analyzed accounts for discrepancies and implemented solutions to ensure accuracy in billing processes. This role strengthened my attention to detail and enhanced my analytical skills. Furthermore, in my position in transaction processing, I conducted data entry and account analysis, further developing my proficiency in handling data accurately.
