Mariana Umaña

I am an International Business Management student with experience in customer service, financial analysis, logistics, and retail management in international environments. I am currently pursuing an international double degree at EM Normandie, France, with a specialization in Port and Logistics Management, along with studies in Financial Management and Data Analysis at Universidad del Rosario, Colombia.

I have worked in the United States and Colombia, holding key roles that have helped me develop analytical skills, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset. I have worked as a Bilingual Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist at TX Warrior (US), Accounting Assistant at Inpharma Med SAS (Colombia), and Sales Associate at Walmart (US), among others. These experiences have strengthened my skills in problem-solving, inventory management, financial data handling, and effective communication with international clients.

I stand out for my attention to detail, organization, and time management, which are essential for fast-paced and high-performance work environments. My background in financial management and logistics has given me a comprehensive understanding of global business processes, allowing me to provide strategic solutions in various areas.

I have lived and visited different countries, which has helped me develop a multicultural perspective and strong interpersonal skills in diverse environments. I am fluent in Spanish (native) and English (B2), which enhances my ability to interact in global markets.
