Mariam Bello

Mariam is multi-skilled and a certified human resources professional with experience acquired from the management education and fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.

She has expertise in audit and compliance in the academic sphere through managing international accreditation and ranking activities at the Lagos Business School. She was responsible for the establishment, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of the academic quality management system of the School.

In addition to the change management initiatives, Mariam was also actively involved in faculty identification, recruitment and selection for the School.

Mariam is an intellectually-resilient person with effective communication, analytical and organizational skills. She is also a good team player with excellent interpersonal attributes with tremendous capacity to work under pressure.
