I have been in the BPO industry for more than 10 years and is currently working as a Quality Analyst. I had 4+ years experience on Customer Service Support handling tecnical issues, 3+ years experience as Social Media Agent responding to customers concerns on platforms such us facebook, twitter, and forums, and 3+ years as Quality Assurance Analyst (recent). I just had my Six Sigma Greenbelt certificate too.
I am an effective communicator in English language and proficient in computer software and application (MS word, Excel, Internet,etc.) as well.
