I'm Thess and had been working for an online platform for over 3 years now after I transitioned from my corporate career. It was a friend who convinced me to work in this kind of field when she hired me as a Customer Support Specialist and this where my journey started. It was rewarding indeed saving me time and energy going back to and fro from home to office and vise versa for every day. The time I consumed traveling made me more productive instead of being stuck in the traffic for almost 2 hours every day. At least now I can deliver more time providing work assistance instead of wasting the time. In my corporate career, I was able to serve as an Administrative Officer for more than 10 years. Though I know my knowledge, skills and experience combine still lacks to be able to provide excellent performance which has made me crave to learn more. I was able to enroll in online training necessary for the Virtual Assistance position which has been the start of venturing in this area which I am more equipped with and experience. Though I still able to use my skills in customer support assistance which made me more competitive in this field.
