I just retire from my job as a Customer Service Representative last April 1, 2017. I’ve been with Convergys Philippine Services for almost 7 years handling North American account (PayPal), Tier 2. Handling escalated calls from irate customer is not an easy task to do but with the patience that I learned in dealing with different types of personalities makes me recognized as one of the Top Senior Agents on two different occasions. One thing that I learned as I handled escalated calls is that we need to empathize with our customers by making them feel we understand where they are coming from which is basically the real essence of customer service. In addition, I’m also answering all the queries of the regular teammates specifically for product knowledge. I’m basically a team player and most of the time handling team meetings. I have a positive attitude towards work which makes me stay in Convergys for years. I've been part of the Email and Dispute Team as well for the same account. My typing speed is 55-60wpm. I love to work on details. I can easily adjust to changes and most of the time take it as a challenge for further growth and development. I'm also knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
