I had worked as an Executive Assistant in various companies for more than 10 years. I had managed communications, both incoming and outgoing, did some administrative duties such as record keeping, inventory of office supplies, managed the confidential and personal matters of my superior, and made decisions on behalf of my superiors. I also lent support on the top management of a few companies I worked with.
After that, I became a part of the BPO industry where I worked as a Customer Service Associate, wherein I accommodated and answered customer's concerns via email or chat.
