I used to handle a Customer Support team with 4 members in a restaurant chain located in Dubai. I have developed the workflow and procedure to ensure each review raised by the customer through the different platforms were addressed appropriately.
Currently, I am working as a Customer Support Associate for a tech company based in Israel. I handled Google reviews using Google Console and later on Zendesk. I can answer a minimum of 55-65 reviews per hour. After 2 months, I was moved to Email Support using Helpscout wherein I handle various concerns and inquiries such as technical issues, complaints, refunds, and cancellations. In addition to that, I also prepare reports in relation to the issues raised by the users.
