I have been working in a call center industry for almost 10 years and 4 years working online, handled both inbound and outbound calls and been to different accounts like
*directory assistance
*telecommunications-answering phone calls and inquiries
-discussing new rate plans
-changing plans for customers
-re-contracting customers account
-do billing explanations
-do billing investigations
-accepting payment
-barring and reconnecting services
-process new connections for internet broadband and mobile
-changing customers billable address
-setting customer direct debit for their accounts
-linking account to internet for them to view their bills online,making payment and make necessary changes on their account
-providing good customer satisfaction in handling their inquiries and suggestions and even complaints
-don't easily get stress
-can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
I always see to it that my clients are satisfied on all their concerns and that I exceeded their expectations. I don't easily get stressed for I always put myself on their shoe for me to understand their shortcomings.
