As a CSR i managed to handle customer complaints, sales, technical support and billing. As a VA i was been assigned by my boss to manage order processing and directly contact our suppliers and clients. I was also been assigned to supervise our Agents who's job is to do cold calling to different 4 to 5 star hotels in Europe. I'm also responsible to remind my boss about his appointments and also schedule appointments for him. Most of the time I'm handling orders, follow ups and giving quotations to get our sale. Data Entry was also been a part of my job and I'm the one keeping potential leads/clients. I also worked in a shipping company and responsible in processing shipments from tacloban to manila.. I was also been exposed to Collections.
