Hi. I breathe customer service. It has been my life. I had been handling inbound and outbound calls for satellite TV companies( Dish) to telcos(PLDT/T-mobile) to financial institutions(Capital One and American Express). 

I am a go-getter and I love to talk and build rapport with people. Sales are also my expertise. I love the feeling of being a successful salesperson. When I decided to work from home, I concentrated on Real estate Cold calling, Appointment setting, Virtual Assistant and some admin tasks. Other than lead generation or looking for warm, cold, hot leads. I also do skiptracing , handle my client's calendars and appointments.
