I am Maria Lourdes Angeles Joven Special Education Teacher turned freelancer. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science major in Psychology. I had a Virtual Assistant Job with my first client who promoted me into his COO, Project Manager/Go-to person/VA role with the following duties and responsibilities:

- Connecting in LinkedIn using the client's profile.
- Data entry
- Research of venues to use. Research of travel itineraries/boat chartering.
- Recommend what tools, apps can be used for the company
- Gives suggestions regarding anything and everything that might help the company
I am proficient in the English language both written and verbal. I recently took an English Level Test where I got a score equivalent to an IELTS band score of 9 or 120 at TOEFL iBT.
I had a callcenter job experience as Email Support Representative for Uber in Telus International and I received recognition 2 times for the one year and 2 months I stayed on the job as TOP CSAT Driver among hundreds of agents.
I am an advocate for people with special educational needs. I have a son with Down Syndrome who inspires me to be the best that I can be.
