I have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and IT.
I started working as a Customer Service representative for a US Medical Insurance account. After 6 months, I pursue my IT career as a technical writer and support and got promoted to IT Business Process Manager after 5 years. I created manuals, correspondences and other documents aside from doing technical support. I also did business process analysis by studying a specific process and recommending a better solution to streamline and improve the client's current process.
I have depth knowledge in Microsoft Office. I can also do a bit of Graphic editing. Above everything else, I am keen to detail and an attitude of an eager individual.
As a hobby, I enjoy writing. I have my own personal blog to share all my thoughts about anything under the sun.
