My past works evolves around customer relation, relating to clients face to face during my managerial work in a fast food restaurant, my daily grind is giving the best service , product and experience for them to be a returned guest. I manage scheduling of team members, doing the computations for the ordering of products needed for the store , doing basic bookkeeping for the daily sales before the shift ends. Doing reports and endorsements ,helping in the marketing campaign of the company to hit target sales for the month. I also have been a customer service representative for a US delivery company, I basically assist clients during inbound calls with their concerns regarding their orders, do outbound calls for follow up with restaurants and delivery drivers. Make necessary reports regarding the details of clients concerns , how it was handled what solution or action taken to pacify the customer. Working with dealing with people , I have handled a lot of difficult situations specially with customer complaints but by giving empathy, and just understanding and listening to them will give me ideas on how to pacify them and fix their complaint or concerns with in the regulations of the company. I am creative and artistic too, I do designs in Canva, interested on transforming old items into art craft. I love artistic designs for t-shirts with different angle depends on from where you are looking at the design. Its like looking at the front design then it begins to change if you look at the design from the right side or left side . Designs that change from a far and changes as you come closer. Designs that are eye catching but still represent your style .
