Hi! I’m Maria Fatima, but feel free to call me Pat. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, earning magna cum laude honors. When I’m not working, you can usually find me reading, writing, sketching, or doing physical and digital arts. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, especially going on walks with my four dogs. Music is another big passion of mine—I love exploring different genres and discovering new sounds.
As for my career, I have experience in music licensing, human resources, education, and mental health. I’ve managed music licensing for films, working with composers, producers, and legal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. I also handled royalty payouts for artists, ensuring the right people were paid accurately and on time.
In HR, I’ve managed new hire onboarding, helped implement training programs, and kept employee records organized. I’m skilled at streamlining processes and making sure everything runs efficiently, which supports both team success and company growth.
I’m also passionate about education and mental health. I designed and taught a mental health curriculum focused on self-awareness and building positive peer relationships. My lesson plans were interactive and engaging, helping students better understand and take care of their mental well-being.
In my work with students with special needs, I developed Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for those with learning disabilities, autism, and emotional/behavioral challenges. By adapting teaching strategies to meet each student's unique needs, I worked closely with teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
At the heart of everything I do is a passion for helping others. Whether it’s through education, collaboration, or problem-solving, I’m dedicated to making a positive impact wherever I work.
