I started my BPO journey way back in 2017. As a beginner, I struggled a lot with handling the Sprint account, I never thought that it's gonna be my greatest achievement nowadays. I have learned so many skills and pieces of knowledge, being patient at all times, being the best among the rest, and striving harder for incentives. But due to the recent pandemic, the company decided to let go of the account. Then I worked with ATT as Technical support, the same Telco but the weight of the work is much lighter compared to the previous one.
And now I am starting my journey as a virtual assistant. I know getting hired is not that easy, especially if I don't have much experience in this field. But when it comes to customer service, one thing is for sure. I AM ONE OF THE BEST!
