My most recent experiences as a virtual assistant are in real estate, the Mortgage Industry, and as an Immigration Paralegal, I am an enthusiastic, gold-orientated, Self-learner, with a great passion for languages, and engaged in new working relationships. I have experience in different fields, such as a Virtual Assistant, Recruiter, administrator, English Tutor, Personal assistant, and interpreter. I've worked as a Virtual Assistant for over 4 years now, With experience In the recruiting side and leading a team of more than 20 individuals, as a translator from English to Spanish and vice versa with a Chinese oil company for 3 years. I also handled logistics such as purchasing and distributing materials, service reports, etc. I was moved up to a working position side by side with the company's president, I have been involved in dealing with workers, logistics, sales, customer services, and handling suppliers, at the same time multitasking with being the personal assistant to the president of that same Cacao Company while also serving as an interpreter. I was a part of the Manpower group - Professional Services, as a recruiter and some of my main customers were Comcast, Apple, Conduent, Mastec, etc, getting candidates for their open positions in different US areas, and I was in constant contact by phone interviewing while typing at the same time the answers and profile of the candidates and keep track of all the hiring process.
