Maria Cecília Cavalcanti

I have a Hotel Management degree and have worked in Customer Services, Sales, and Team Leadership for over 10 years, both on the field and remotely. My last work experience was as a sales team supervisor for a food delivery platform, working directly with Key Account clients. I'm also currently studying psychology; listening to people and helping them solve their problems is a big passion of mine.

I also have worked as a project coordinator for Google, so I'm very familiar with Google Tools. And for 4 years I've worked as a sales manager for Avon Cosmetics, leading a team of 1,500 consultants.

For 2 years, I managed my own online store focused on selling products for women in Brazil. I was responsible for website maintenance, customer services, and marketing strategies, including Social Media ads and e-mail marketing.
