Hi, I’m Maria Aimee Arevalo - a multi-skilled marketing strategist, creative assistant, and customer experience specialist with a strong background in eCommerce and digital communication. I’ve spent the last few years supporting fast-moving businesses with creative marketing, high-level customer service, and efficient backend operations - all while bringing heart and strategy into everything I do.

My journey began in the cigar industry, where I worked as a Marketing and Customer Experience Assistant for an Australian-based brand. During my time there, I wore many hats - from managing email campaigns with Klaviyo, editing product and customer details on Shopify, and collaborating with designers, to handling customer concerns with care via Gorgias. I was trusted to lead weekly promotions, design marketing materials, and communicate with clarity and warmth.

What sets me apart is my versatility. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can blend creative thinking with hands-on execution. Whether it’s crafting brand-aligned messages, designing clean and professional layouts in Canva, managing customer flows, or assisting with day-to-day operations, I step in where I’m needed and always deliver with attention to detail.

My toolkit includes platforms like Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, Gorgias, Google Workspace, and Notion. I'm also confident in designing documents, organizing information, and finding ways to make processes smoother and more efficient.
