Mentor to other faculty weekly on their work in classroom, timeliness to replies to students, tone in discussion areas, and grade book feedback . Did yearly evaluations for adjuncts and performance evaluations weekly. Part of hiring team for ENG at AIO. Started as one of eight lead faculty which grew to 45 lead faculty in four years. Worked on projects such as FERPA presentations, online tone and instructor guideline presentations, and mentoring/coaching projects Attended yearly online teaching conference in Pittsburgh to exchange ideas, develop courses, and interact with fellow instructors. Worked with on ground to make online learning cohesive to on ground learning within ENG discipline. Review, revised and rewrote ENG courses including a focus on grading rubrics.
