I was first hired as a Process Associate handling telco account in a BPO industry. I was responsible in ensuring the transfer or port in requests of phone numbers.
After a year, I transferred to another BPO company, handling another telco account. I processed request to activate roaming services and dealt with billing concerns of the customers.
I had an opportunity to also gain knowledge about insurance claims processes with another company in the Philippines. I was a Claims Officer who is responsible in lodging vehicle-accident insurance type of claims. I helped the Aussies who are insured with us process their claims to get their vehicles fixed, from helping to get a quote for repairs up to investigating liabilities.
I am currently working as a Customer Service Support for a delivery service based in the UK. I assist customers with the order issues, queries and requests.
