Working as an HR Management professional for over 8 years, I have worked in and managed teams in every area of HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and LnD. I have worked with FMLA, ADA, EEO, Workers Comp, Unemployment, Onboarding/Offboarding, Payroll, Recruiting, Incident Management, and more.
Some projects I have managed include:
-Transitioning 1000+ active employees to new profile and payroll management systems under a new company name (new hiring paperwork, backgrounds, offer letters, etc.)
-Managing the full transition from paper filing to online filing for 500+ employees in a 6 month time frame. This included all employee paperwork as well as internal office files including E-Verify, I9s, Workers Compensation cases, Grievances, Incident Reports, and internal performance management files
-Onboard 300+ seasonal employees in a 3 month time frame using a new HRIS, providing data, assessment, and feedback on the process
-Managed full internal audits of I9s, E-Verify's, background checks, and other pertinent data
-Review internal HR Policies and Procedures while providing feedback / areas of improvement, ensuring all follow current federal and state regs
-Attend unemployment hearings and provide/gather case evidence to present to a judge
In my career I have worked closely with compliance and senior leadership to provide detailed reports, data, and assessments of numerous topics, including turnover rates, wage analyses, notable trends, employee retention rates, compliance analysis, and more.
