I have 13 years in the workforce and have significant customer service experience. I am currently a Contract Manager for a union and have been in this position for the past 5 years.
I graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, IL with a BFA degree in English and a concentration in Literary Studies. I recently completed a Continuing Education course with DePaul University to become certified in Grant Writing. Since then, I have been gaining experience as a Grant Writer volunteer with the Red Cross and PAWS Chicago.
