I am currently working as a Sales Development Lead, handling the admin, sales and marketing of the company. In the past, I became a Subject Matter Expert, being a Customer Liaison Executive, handling client's ads on websites and yellow pages. I was also a Retention Specialist wherein my main role is to save customers who wants to cancel their service with us. I gained my customer handling expertise from my call center experiences, being an outbound sales agent, technical support and inbound customer service representative.
